Strategy and Focus

Business

Create a simple and efficient Point of Sale and inventory system that provides for the simplest and most efficient logistical approach to selling and ordering baskets.

Regularly contact our legal team to make sure we are properly fulfilling our needs in our obligations as a 501c3.

Be tenacious and gritty in recruiting our wholesale vendors that will sell the baskets and other merchandise more regularly, and simply place an order.

Donations

Be disciplined and diligent in our approach to recruiting new donors.

Build our website authority, expand our online reach via social Media, building an email list, newsletter, and by marketing it in person.

Production

We expand our Artesanos to our needs as we sell more merchandise.

We expand our ability to acquire fiber and systemize it to be more efficient.

Schools

We must hire and provide proper facilities, equipment, and supplies to allow our students to flourish.

We will be efficient and effective with our money so that we can help as many people as possible while not cutting corners.

Recruiting

Recruit great teachers to provide a quality education in our School.

More Artesanos to help the quality and quantity of our product grow and give them more income.

Find more people to donate regularly both their time and money.
